Earth Day Marin is not curently producing festivals and we want to keep our community's momentum for sustainability solutions going, so we hope you'll get involved with these exciting recommended organizations for Earth Day -- and every day!

SHORE UP MARIN: Earth Day Marin's main focus in currently supporting the Shore Up Marin coalition with our partners Canal Welcome Center, Marin City Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition and GreenUp Learning. This year's main focus in developing community-based emergency preparedness and response councils and plans for Marin City and the Canal neighborhood in San Rafael. We will also be advocating for equitable flooding and sea level rise adaptation. Click here to learn more.

SUSTAINABLE SAN RAFAEL: Sustainable San Rafael is an all-volunteer group organized around the idea that we can-and must-do more to fight climate change and encourage sustainable living. Their Newsletter provides important action alerts and upcoming event information.

SUSTAINABLE FAIRFAX: Regular educational and hands-on sustainability events of interest to all and well as Fairfax-specific activities.

ECOFEST: Learn how cutting edge organizations, businesses and agencies can help you reduce your carbon footprint and make living sustainably easier, we encourage you to attend our sister event EcoFest in June.

In our second year Shore Up Marin is conducting leadership trainings on sea level rise and advocacy for residents of bay and ocean facing communities.
